“The hotel is clean but the room we got have a broken bathroom door. It won’t closed properly and it’s hard to open and close the door. We have our puppy with us so it’s hard to maintain the door close all the time since my kids are having a hard time closing it. ”

“Good stay, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, weekend breakfast choices were good. Great location to the hot springs. My only critique is the outside area by the pool was a bit messy. But a good stay all around ”

“Al check-in super sbrigativo si sono sincerati dii dire che non si portano animali e che non si fuma ma non come funziona il riscaldamento. Aprile la notte arriva a meno 5 , lo solito non parte . La notte ci svegliamo con 50 gradi poiché il riscaldamento è a parete ma non c’era scritto da nessuna parte. Le stanza sono enormi il bagno micro, stanza triste molto triste. Se persi la chiave di addebitano 20 dollari ma potrebbero metterci un bel portachiavi così da non fare che accada. Insomma per 95...

“Kind of a strange mix of a hotel - it’s outdated and a little dark, but at the same time it’s terrific for kids, with a decent free breakfast, a fun indoor pool, arcade games, and steps to the gondola to the adventure park. The beds are reasonably comfortable and the room has a fridge. I’m not sure I’d choose it as a single adult, but for families in this area it’s ideal. ”

“Personale gentile e accogliente ma tutto il resto non va. Tutta la struttura sembra lasciata andare da anni .... ascensore in condizioni tremende infissi sverniciati ( una delle nostre finestre non si chiudeva bene) e moquette macchiata . Non so se ci è capitata una camera sfortunata o se tutte

“Le scale che portano al secondo piani non credo siano mai state pulite . Devo però dire che la stanza era pulita. Colazione basic classica per un motel . Ok per il prezzo se siete di passaggio . Ho anche usato lavatrice ed asciugatrice che costano 1,50 dollari a ciclo.”

Aircon terribly noisy (as common in budget hotels) and aimed straight to the work desk. Impossible to work at the desk, if aircon is working.
I was charged twice by the vending machine (2.85 for my soft drink + 5.60 for no reason). When I alerted the girl at the reception she cared less than nothing, claiming "this is CocaCocal Co., not us". Empathy zero, interest to support guests zero. A robot.”
